Course Outline:

DAY 1: Introduction to Incident Response
Contego Solutions will conduct two separate training sessions. The first session will cover Incident Response training for Internal Staff and the second training session will cover Incident Response for Executive Management.

DAY 2: Introduction to Incident Response for Technical Staff Training
Contego Solutions will conduct technical training for technical staff which will focus on detecting, containing and responding to Cyber-attacks.

DAY 3: Incident Response Simulation Scenario Based Drills Training
Incident simulation exercise drills will prepare your internal staff to respond better to cyber-attacks. Our Technical Consultants will conduct scenario based incidents to test your Incident Response Team’s capability.

Attendees of the training program will learn the following:

– Identification of Incident Response Team including roles and responsibilities (IT, HR, PR, Legal, etc.)
– Incident preparation

– Incident detection, containment, eradication and recovery
– The Incident Response process
– Working with other internal departments to respond to Cyberattacks
